Our nation’s population is growing older. In the coming years, this will have an enormous impact on our society. As the leader in aging research and health information, the National Institutes on Aging (NIA)’s mission is to improve the health and well-being of older adults. Working with NIA, we named, shaped, and designed a nationwide Go4Life campaign to encourage, inspire, and support people over 50 into making physical activity a part of their daily life. Since the launch of the campaign, Go4Life has reached thousands of people through English and Spanish Exercise guides, a website and other outreach materials.
