Our long-time client American Rivers wanted to spread their passion for keeping our nation’s rivers clean and healthy to the under-30 crowd. How could we engage this audience in the cause? Tell a story in a way that speaks to them, through a vehicle that is part of their everyday conversation. We conceived, directed and produced a short video to be posted on YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter. While previous videos produced by the organization had been more documentary in nature, we felt that the best way to reach viewers was with a narrative approach that allowed them to connect emotionally with American Rivers’ mission.
