Since joining Levine & Associates ten years ago, Peggy has kept the agency organized and on track, administrating our business functions with expertise and aplomb. She has deep experience in office management, ranging from her ownership of a medical transcription company to handling 1,200 families as Ombudsman for the USS Inchon.
Peggy provides premium service to Levine & Associates’ clients, and they appreciate her friendly answers and speedy fulfillment of requests. Whether greeting clients on the phone, managing our accounting processes, proofreading, or ensuring quality control, she keeps the studio running like a finely tuned machine.
