Monica Snellings / Studio Director

Monica directs Levine & Associates’ creative teams. Using her 30 years of corporate identity and marketing strategy experience, she leads our designers toward more innovative and effective solutions.

Monica’s expertise centers around health, education, and children’s issues. For AARP’s International office she developed a premier journal on global aging issues, both in print and online. Working closely with the NIH National Institute on Aging, she charted and directed program concepts and strategy for Go4Life, a nationwide exercise and physical activity campaign, as well as the development of multiple publications on topics from retirement to health literacy.

In the education arena, Monica directed marketing and identity work for the National Center on Education and the Economy, and led the design of their landmark publication Tough Choices or Tough Times, a treatise on the state of education and the American workforce. She has also produced video and other watershed materials for the National Assessment of Educational Progress. Other clients with whom she has worked include Booz Allen Hamilton, the Children’s Defense Fund, National Association of Community Health Centers, and the National Diabetes Education Program.
