John Vance / President

Since joining Levine & Associates in 1997, John has vigorously pursued the agency's role in advancing causes and social missions. He has personally led major branding and fundraising design engagements for America's Choice, the National Air & Space Museum, the Edison National Historic site, and the American Chemical Society's Scholars Program.

When Levine & Associates was commissioned to rebrand the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, John directed the team through planning, creative strategy, writing, and design implementation of more than 150 interrelated projects, spanning graphic identity, advertising, video, apparel, and collateral materials. The work culminated in the branding and materials design for a $1 billion fundraising campaign, which surpassed its five-year goal by $13 million. He was particularly proud when the Chief Operating Officer affirmed the work by stating, “You have helped us to finally define JDRF to the world."

John's work has been recognized by the American Institute of Graphic Arts, the Addys, ADCMW, and Graphis.
